There Are Things That Simply WONT Work:

- Low Fat Diets: These have existed for a long time yet many Americans are gaining more and more weight every single day. The proof lies in inself

- Low Carb Diets: This seems to be the latest fad amoung people trying to lose weight, but extremely hard to start, very strict, and almost impossible to stick with.

- Low Calorie Diets: Stupidity at its best, because this actually makes you gain weight. And people actually wonder why they fail when attempting this!

- Dieting Programs: This is almost laughable because you lose way more money than you do weight! If I'm gonna be honest, these do work but can take a very long time to see any results at all. Almost never in most cases

What you're doing wrong:

- Poor Eating Patterns

- Wrong number of calories in your meals

- Horrible choices in food

Let's take this a little more serious, because I want to change the way you view weight lose...

FACT: You ate the improper foods at improper times to get overweight. You can get in shape simply by doing the exact opposite.

MYTH: Taking unhealthy diet pills, running for your life, or not eating have absolutely nothing to do with fat loss.
